Airlines Score on Customer Satisfaction

According to USA Today, “travelers are more satisfied with airlines than they have been in over two decades.” This news comes from a report detailing the 2016 American Customer Satisfaction Index, (ACSI) which shows that airlines have turned more favorable due to investment in updated cabins along with better in-flight amenities.

In addition, the drop in fuel costs has aided the industry in 2015. “Lower fuel costs mean both cheaper fares and more amenities as airlines are investing some of their record profits back into the business,” ACSI Managing Director David VanAmburg said.
