New Visa Law Could Help Bring More Chinese Tourists to the U.S.

A new 10-year tourist visa law between China and the U.S. could help bring more Chinese tourists to America, driving international flight demand higher. That’s according to Frank Holmes, who stops by MoneyShow to discuss the launch of the U.S. Global Jets ETF (JETS) with host Steven Halpern.

“You have 1.4 billion people, 140 million of them making $100,000 a year,” Frank says, adding that the Chinese “are big travelers.”

After running down JETS’s weighting methodology—80 percent domestic, 20 percent foreign—Frank explains why he doesn’t think the possibility of rising oil prices will hurt airlines.
